epc recommendations

EPCs have been a legal requirement for over a decade but despite this there is still a lack of knowledge and understanding as to what an EPC is for and what information it contains. A key part of an EPC is the ‘Steps you could take to save energy’ section which provides recommendations for improvements to a property that should improve its energy efficiency.

We have created posts that review a number of aspects of a property that are regularly included in recommendations. For example improving insulation, heating systems or lighting.

If you would like to know more about any of our posts or you want to talk about an EPC, you can call us on 01273 033 100or you can email us at info@brightonhoveepc.co.uk.
